Sehr schönes, geräumiges Zimmer mit Klima-Anlage. Leider keine Dusche, sondern nur eine Badewanne mit unzureichender Abtrennung, in der geduscht werden konnte (hoch angebrachter Halter für den Duschkopf vorhanden). Duschen artete so auch bei größter Vorsicht immer in Wasserspiele mit leichter Überschwemmung aus. Zimmerservice soweit OK. Leider wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes (9 Tage) nicht einmal durchgewischt. Ansonsten alles sehr gepflegt. Ausgesprochen freundliches Personal! Umwerfendes Angebot zum Frühstück! Schade, dass nicht konsequent gegen "Liegenbesetzer" am schönen Pool vorgegangen wird, obwohl an allen Liegen entsprechende Hinweise angebracht sind. Im Restaurant kann man sehr gepflegt (!!) auf einer Terrasse über dem See zu Abend speisen. (Entsprechende Kleidung empfehlenswert!) Also alles wie immer: Keine Rose ohne Dornen! In Noten würde ich eine 1- 2 vergeben.

This is a beautiful and charming hotel in a lovely picturesque location. The friendliness and service of the staff makes for a great experience. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful and in a peaceful / tranquil setting. The hotel was truly boutique being not too big and tastefully decorated.

"An older lake hotel with class and style"

We really loved our stay at Hotel Spiaggio d'Oro. The location is very nice on western shores of Lago di Garda. The hotel has lake views and the restaurant, breakfast nook juts out to the lake. Overall the service was very nice except one of the receptionists who was not very user friendly to us. The other staff were great. Nice garden and swimming pool. A short walk to a beautiful promenade with great local restaurants. A small bakery just across the main road is very happening. The room is not large but very comfortable. The bath is fine and two sinks for couples. One of the best breakfasts we encountered while traveling in Europe for three weeks, I would strongly recommend the hotel though a few do it yourself amenities such as moving your own luggage to and from the car to your room. Would stay there again and the price was nice for off season.

The excellent views across the Lake were awesome. Good choice of seating areas to relax and chill. Easy access to boat and bus transport. The Staff did all they could to make our stay a pleasant experience.
