Nice people, close to where I need to be, awesome staff!

Loved the hotel very modern and clean. Only negative was construction project around the site. A non issue for us because we stayed Sunday one night and nothing was going on. Not complaining I know that improvements are going on and things have to get done.

I loved everything about. The place in the room other than the room was a little small and no smoking rooms available.

Well I happen to be a fan of fragrances. I love the way game dryer sheet smell. So I stick them in my air events to make my room smell good. I light scented candles sometimes well. I do that when I'm traveling to coz. When you first come into a hotel room, it doesn't always have such a nice aroma to me. It just doesn't smell good enough. So I always liked to press it up well when I was checking it. The lady at the front desk. Trust me out and told me that I was no longer allowed to book rooms there because I was smoking in the room but I wasn't. They assumed I was trying to hide the smell of cigarette smoke. Just because I had some cigarettes in the trash can and I had the drive sheets in the vents. But the only reason no cigarette butts were in the trash can is because I cleaned out my purse and I broke some cigarettes in my purse. I never smoked in that room. I was treated very rudely. They would not even let me explain myself and they told me. I was never allowed to rent there again. I think that was totally wrong of them. There was no cigarette smoke in there. No smell of cigarette smoke. Just because of the cigarette butts in the trash can from cleaning my purse out and the air vent having drive sheets in it. How can that be enough for them to stop me from coming there? I'm so upset about it. Because I really love that place and it's close to where I need to be and I want to find a way to clear my name where I can come back there again. Who do I need to talk to?
