The room was clean. DTV didn’t work but we weren’t there long. Our card was charged a couple days before arrival and then we were charged a $100.00 deposit at check in. Parking was tough but it all worked out.

"Red roof inn Des Moines they fixed all that"

Yeah I've seen people complaining about stupid little stuff in this hotel like small towels small shampoo bottles those are the stupid little things that people complain about in this hotel and they addressed all those issues they fixed the Chevy bottles are nice and big and they're dispenser bottles where you get their pump models are attached to the same to the shower and they're huge you have plenty of stuff the towels are nice and fluffy you get two nice fluffy towels to medium towels two small towels two washcloths you're covered with the towels they covered that they were so nice they actually a lady came in behind me and was crying and was like $80 short on a deposit and they worked with her and they helped her and for basically half price with the other hotels on the street cost me I got a nice clean room with a refrigerator or a microwave and really good customer service
