"Excellent"

Nice hotel in great location and welcomed our pet. My only complaint would be the breakfast buffet was not free, as we thought it was, as there were no signs or anyone to let us know it was not included with the room, until we sat down with our food, then bammm.....a guy with the bill appeared. Oh well, live and learn. We enjoyed our stay and would go back.

"Decent Choice in Frederick"

The hotel is less than 15 minutes from downtown and most of the other activities we had planned for this long weekend. It's a good layout with plenty of parking and we were there when there was a large group - so it was well planned out. It's not far from a supermarket and some other stores if you need to shop. The rooms were decent and clean, but looked like they were starting to get onto that thin edge just before needing refurbishment, new carpets, etc. Our room had a king bed and was away from the noise of the large group as we requested. The food looked fresh, but we didn't have breakfast at the hotel - so no comment on how it tasted.

"Beautiful hotel but rude staff."

The hotel is very clean, modern and up to date. However, the staff is very unfriendly and rude. There are so unaccommodating. I asked for my room to be cleaned and we came back to a dirty room once again. We had a three night stay and our room was not cleaned even once. It was disgusting and we were told that it will be done. Our AC as well was not working for two nights and were told to be patient and it will come on. Also...we kept getting locked out of our room and having to go downstairs to get another key. It was so inconvenient. The overall hotel and room is very nice but the staff is beyond rude which leaves a bad experience overall.. I am not sure if he is the owner but Anish greeted us with a terrible attitude overall and seemed he was like that to all the guests.
