L'accueil, le personnel est aimable.

Il n'y a pas dans la chambre, le plateau campanile avec de quoi se faire un cafe ou un thé. Il est mentionné qu'on peut aller le chercher à la reception !!! Quand on est à l'autre bout de l'hôtel et qu'il est tres tard ou tres tot.... La telecommande de la télé ne fonctionne pas, meme après changement des piles Une malheureuse serviette de toilette, une deuxième petite n'aurait pas été de trop

La gentillesse du personnel

Nous avons eu très froid dans la chambre. Pas de bouchon de fermeture pour la baignoire et pas de serviettes de toilette. Porte qui ferme mal. Et le restaurant fermé le soir en week-end !!
