Residence La Reserve

Excellent location, very close to Geneva and the airport, good facilities including nice pool and gym, great price.

The room was smelly. The bathroom smelled mouldy and the apartment smelled of stale cigarette. The WiFi is totally useless in the apartments but ok around the poolside. I was testing this place as a potential place to stay for a week when coming for work but I definite won’t stay here for that long.

The pool and the staff at the restaurant and check in desk were very pleasant and helpful.

Everything was amazing the staff were so friendly and helpful. However please make sure you get the shuttle buss 66. Don’t pay for taxi. Because since this is in border of France. There is no Uber there. Also I didn't like their shampoos. Other than that. Amazing experience. The pool was little cold.

This was me returning to La Reserve after two years when at the time I was a bit of a regular. Now under new management which is glaringly obvious after previous visits. First evening began with the waiter in the restaurant being one of the most unprofessional I have come across... “what do you want?” being his opening line after that anything I needed I had to get for myself. Could just be disgruntled due to the lack of help on his side but maybe not. So I decided not to eat there for the rest of the week. The food on the evening was average and below the quality of previous visits. Had to question the hygiene of the kitchen when I saw the chef 5 km away in his kitchen scrubs!!! Front desk needs help, one person on! Asked for basic toiletries on the second day because these are not replenished daily, not appropriated by reception. House keeping also failed to clean the terrace all week even though it was covered in bird droppings and I requested it. Only saving feature of this place is the pool area and gym Overall I would consider the majority of this the fault of the new owner who has failed to give adequate support to staff!

Good location right next to bus stop. Convenient to get to airport. Rooms could get improved.

Found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating. The food was not as good as past visits. Perhaps the chef has changed? Very happy and will return again

Arrived at 2:50 and they wouldn’t let us check in until 3pm... said we had to wait 10 min even though there were rooms ready. No taxis or Uber’s can pick you up and bring you to the center of Geneva or airport because it’s ACROSS THE BOARDER. It’s so difficult to get to and leave from. Also - they give you a mop for the bathroom because the bathroom floors overflow and you have to push the water into th drain. This hotel is disgusting and so not enjoyable. We stayed here for one night because we had to catch a connecting flight but otherwise, we would have switched hotels.

Comfortable - like Too much noise from traffic on street - dIdn't like

Super close to the airport. Take the bus not a taxi - it was way cheaper and there is a stop directly next to the hotel. Great clean stay, friendly reception. Very comfy bed.
