The Seasons Pattaya

A limited number of options for breakfast. Wifi is only working in the lobby area. Room condition is not bad. They are given three keys with one for electricity. That is one of the positive things. Outside the hotel, there are massage parlors, restaurants, shops, etc.

Worst hotel in Pattaya, lifts does not work properly, sometimes one had to wait for appx 30 minutes, very limited choice in breakfast, very old property, service is very poor, bathrooms are very small, I will never recommend any one to stay in this hotel especially for families

I have been pattaya many times but staying in this hotel was a Terrible experience. Stayed there for 3 nights. First of all, i would like to say that this is a old property and need renovation. Now about the Reception.... Reception staff don't understand english and always in a bad mood with no smile on face & reply to every query very RUDELY. We asked for fresh towel next day morning at around 10 AM & we got reply that it will take 2-3 hours as the laundry has not come yet. We said that we have to go out but they dont bother for anything and finally we had to use our wet towel. We can back to hotel at 5 pm but till then room cleaning was not done. We call the reception & they said, they will get it done now. Somehow they could get it done by 6 pm. Next day morning we went to Coral Island & we put a tag for cleaning the room outside the door & also informed reception to get the rooms cleaned but the same thing got repeated again. When we came back from coral island at around 4 pm ...the room was not cleaned..... when we asked the hotel staff about this, they said they get it done at this time only. Food quality is worst, even after 80% of the Indian guest in the hotel but no Indian menu in the breakfast. Outside the hotel there are 2-3 indian restaurants where we used to have our breakfast....Hope this review help others

來泰國旅行應該有超過10年的經驗，沒住過比這間更差的旅館，辦事效率差，清潔度差，到處都是頭髮，還有好多的小蟑螂，睡了一晚就提前退房走人，這間酒店免費都嫌貴。

All hotel facilities are very antique.

Very old hotel and services also not that great. Front desk staff are rude and they charged for the missing glass which they have not given during check in..

Love the place, staff great, service with that traditional smile. Close to all amenities. Been before and will be back. Well done The Seasons.

Old and dirty. No wifi in rooms. Not what I needed.
