"Good Hotel, Unfriendly staff"

The hotel is good with most amenities. But staff is not professionally trained. Staff can't even able to communicate in English. Rooms are good and relaxing.

"good hotel close to beach"

overall good hotel close to beach. it is a clean hotel in good location. its not within walking distance of the 'famous" or "infamous" walking street which is good. we thought the walking street would be good but turned out to be really bad. after a little walk, decided to walk away never to return there again! its a personal choice.

"Unfriendly check in staff"

Nice hotel appearance and cleanliness. I found the staff at the check in counter not very friendly and ended up having an argument because they were not listening to me. I ended up having to stay in Pattaya again recently and chose not to go back On this basis.

"DON'T SAY HERE. PLEASE READ."

The rooms were dirty with marks on most of the walls. The staff didn't care about ANYTHING and were not friendly or helpful. They made us pay for the internet for the first two days before they worked out it was included in our package. The Wi fi in the room didn't work very well at all (room 401), we spent more time trying to log onto the internet then actually using it. The hotel food served was dreadful and had to be returned. I don't know how any chef could dish up a meal like that if they had any care about their profession and the customer. Every night I came back to the hotel the staff asked my wife for id, as they thought she was a prostitute or some lady I had picked up for the night. And all they could say, " It's our job to make sure" My wife paid for us to say there and we checked in together... They didn't have any problems remembering me????? I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. THERE ARE MANY HOTELS THAT APPRECIATE THEIR CUSTOMERS AND THIS IS NOT ONE. MY WIFE FEELS OFFENDED AND I'M HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.

"Worst hotel I ever stay in my life"

worst hotel i ever stay in my life. the room have a lot of Cockroaches everywhere . very noisy next door till 3:00am will never go back to this hotel again in my life.

Reasonable price, high building. Try to live on the 20th floor and you'll see all Pattaya. Far from sea, but quite.
