Road Side Inn

The place was a dump!!! Bathroom counter wasn't cleaned properly. Nats in the tub. TV remote didn't work. Room was awful, even if it was last minute and at a cheap price.

As soon as we arrived to the hotel the manager and a customer was yelling at one another in the parking lot because the customer Hughes the hotel of charging extra fees and having bedbugs I immediately wanted to cancel my reservation but they would not give me a refund… I wanted to cancel because of the altercation in the parking lot I did not think it was professional for the manager gentleman to be yelling at a customer using profanity at one another then the police arrived the whole time it was a very uncomfortable situation we stayed our one night try to stay away from the hotel as much as possible since I cannot get a refund we could not go somewhere else to stay very bad experience do not recommend this hotel poor management

Where to begin... stayed here because it was closer to where i had got a job at. The first night was ok but after that the longer i stayed the higher the prices got everyday i paid a different price then was charged a late fee because as the lady put it i was late paying the rent. i was guest not a tenant... The guy at the front desk is so rude i can't believe he still has a job there. i went to get extra towels it was 2 of us in the room he gave me one towel and one wash cloth each he sits out side smoking waits until he is done to come take care of you i asked about the coffee, he said he makes one pot if it's gone oh well since there is no housekeeping due to covid i asked for cleaning supplies he said i can't use any there locked up and he don't got the key so i had to go buy my own cleaning supplies anything you asked him he seemed like he was bothered he told me he was the boss enforcer and will kick anybody out that gives him back talk he began to tell me how he kicked some dude out and didn't give him his money back when i told the lady her husband was rude she got mad and said she was the boss and that's not her husband they both are rude and seem like they need anger management very unprofessional he never had on shoes all the traffic was on the other side but he sat and acted like nothing was going on when i asked him about weekly rates he told me the other side is worse than the side i was on and he would show me later but when i asked the next day he said somebody was in there so he couldn't show me i can go on and on about this place but since I'm back in NEW YORK STATE i will never ever visit this place or surfside again no Wi-Fi also they were paying one of the ladies who live on the other side 6.50 a room not an hour by room the microwave was dirty inside so was the fridge it says roadway but its road side inn oh and the lady said it's her place but the front desk guy said I'm not allowed on the property a big joke because i called him out on his rudeness

Looks run down compared to the pictures online.

The room was nice and clean and i would and will be going back there to stay again

There’s blood on the wall in the rooms, smells like marijuana, fridge was not clean, oven is disgusting, holes in the wall and ceiling, front desk was rude, and outlets do not work.

Spent $200 for one night. Wasn’t allowed to check in till 4pm. Called for early check in, guy wouldn’t answer any of my questions or confirm my reservation. Place was very dirty and smelled like a cigarette butt.

It was very clean and nice.

The room overall was fair pillowcase didn’t appear to be completely clean and the bathroom floor was not clean hair was on the floor and dirt.
