Front Desk attention was unkind, no room service and I had to brought the dirty towels into reception to chance for clean ones, it’s my first time I see it in a Hotel

Person working the desk was TERRIBLE!! Didn't want to be bothered for anything. Dirty place. Ice machine was broken. Looks like it was broken forever.

The price was very good, but the pool was not open. There were no property workers due to a lack of staff.

Great Location.

I knew this wasn't going to be good when we walked into the lobby and there was 100 towels and sheets on the couch waiting to be folded. The paint on the toilet seat was worn out, caulk and grout very dirty in the shower. You would expect this to be a $39 room not $180.

We didn’t stay. We left. We never made it into the rooms, because it looked terrible on the outside. The lobby couch was covered in the linens for the rooms. And the pool was closed in the middle of summer.

The room was clean so that was a plus. I did not like that every time one of us used a towel or wash cloth we had to take the dirty one to the office ourselves to get a clean one. I didn't like that the ice machine was broke. The pool was closed even though most of the other motels had their pools open. I also didn't like that we had no coffee pot in the room. We had a stove but no pots or pans. These should be noted on the website.

It was horrible only end up staying one night the it smell like cigarettes I barely could sleep nothing worked there worst hotel ever

the Bathroom and Kitchen area had not been cleaned and when I told the owner, she gave no response and I had to find one of the cleaning staff to clear the trash out and clean up the best he could. BOTH towel racks were falling off the walls and the carpet had not been vacuumed, let alone shampooed at all ! the Wi Fi NEVER worked the entire 6 days I was there and The Pool was off limits! DO NOT BOOK THIS STINKHOLE!! I have been in flophouses in the Mission district of San Francisco that seemed like the Ritz Carlton compared to this place! The Owner was rude insensitive and did not care at all for the safety or comfort of her guests.
