Personal sind nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Betten sind nicht mehr gut. Sofa war extrem alt, ausgenutzt. An den Tagen müssten die Personal uns zu Zimmer bringen wegen technischen Problemen und wir müssten lange darauf warten. Die Personal könnten nicht dafür.
