Very unique property that is comfortable and in a beautiful setting.

Not much staff support for guests unless staying for the gastronomic dinner.

We appreciated the room and the overall hotel commodities such as the entirely renovated building, large parking space, nice pool areas (2 of them) and very friendly desk reception.

Unfortunately, the service at the pool was rather slow, not visible and not up to the standards of the rest of the hotel, building and wine served at the venue. We appreciate that it was hot during our stay but we still expect people to smile and be engaged with what they are doing.

Food was the most excellent have had in years

We loved the room we stayed in - it was modern, spacious and had a lot of extras which were a lovely touch. Staff were fabulous and went above and beyond! We would stay again!

Nice place, just what you expect when selecting this “manor-style” accommodation. The decoration of our room was charming, in sweet and relaxing colors. Bedding was of high quality, really top. The bed was just perfect, not too soft, not too hard.

We regret the heating was not switched-on before our arrival and, in fact, the heating did not work. So we experienced a pretty cold room in this rather fresh end of April. When emptying the bath tub we observed some water on the floor due to a leak in the water evacuation piping. Upon arrival, the half-empty water surface in the middle of the yard was dirty so the first impression was not so positive. Dog’s excrement in the gravel in the garden is a matter of more discipline by the guests accompanied by their dog but also requires more attention by the staff. This place has a gastronomic restaurant but we found sending four reminders inviting not to forget to book a table too pushy, certainly not pleasant. And asking again when checking-in whether we REALLY do not intend to book for the dinner was superfluous.

Tout! Le lieu, les détails de la décoration et du mobilier, l’accueil et le restaurant où le chef fait vraiment des merveilles accompagné d’un personnel cosmopolite très chaleureux ! Nous n’avons pas expérimenté le spa ni la piscine ou le couloir de nage du fait de la météo capricieuse. Voilà une maison qui sait recevoir ses hôtes comme cela se faisait régulièrement à une certaine époque, et malheureusement trop rare aujourd’hui ! À recommander sincèrement !
