Calypso Cay Vacation Villas

I loved the pools. Loved the atmosphere. And the amenities. It was very relaxing and a great experience. Staff was friendly.

First r was not clean but second room that they changed us too was nicer and cleaner

No me gusto Que no tuvieran un area de Arcade para entretener a mis hijos, algunas areas de diversion estuvieron cerradas como el rock walk y el zipline, todo lo demas excelente

Meeting the staff. Everyone was very nice. I asked them could I use the facilities when I come back in June? They told me yes cuz it's open the guest the area was the lobby to hold my family when they came down to visit me

Price was a little bit high also, I did not like when someone came into my room without permission. My mom and I had just checked in at that particular time and one of the maintenance men instead of him knocking on the door. He just walked right in and I did call the front desk about it. He told me he was told to come in there to get some sheets but they told him there was no sheets there. Then he said he didn't speak English. So that was my drawback the excuse was he was new but to me that was no excuse

The location is great where I was at on the first floor because of the situation that my mom's walking that was fine

However, I was promise to be able to use the lobby area for the event I had with my family coming over and when it came time for me to use it they told me I could not. So that was the drawback of why I did not give everyone a perfect score. I love staying at the place I've stayed there before when I was there before they told me ahead of time that I was able to use it. That was my drawback and when I tried to go across the street to use the picnic area they shut that down because they were doing landscaping. What a terrible time to do landscaping when you have a hotel full of people

Clean, friendly, plenty of amenities

Our door lock battery died and we had to wait approximately 30 minutes for maintenance to open. Not great after being in the hot Florida sun all day.
