There were two conditioners instead of shampoo, no regular coffee, there were two decaf. We called the staff in the morning, and sent text messages, but zero response. The fan above the bed was really dirty/dusty. Balcony’s floor was really bad.

Alguno de los gabinetes muebles donde están los TV tiene grandes rasgos de desgaste quizá se soluciona con una pintada y ya, vimos dos cucarachas y eso no es bueno

All the amenities and location very clean and friendly staff

What I did not like is the fact that I paid $150 deposit and it’s been over a month and I’ve still yet to receive my money other than that the stay was good. The staff was great great location.

The unit needs to be upgraded and has a musty smell. It hasn’t been updated in over 20 years. I am an timeshare owner at the facility and I’m very disappointed.
