The hotel is located near the train station, accessible underground during rain and close to shopping areas. It also has an indoor sauna and onsen.

There is a paid laundry facility, but it would be better if the hotel offered laundry services delivered to the room.

スタッフの対応、ロケーション、朝の朝食ともとても良かったです。また宿泊したいです。

バイキングのとき食べ物の間隔が狭いため混雑してしまうので改善したほうが良いです

位置还不错，三宫站出来10分钟，酒店楼下就是生田神社（女员工态度超差的，但是切绘很美）附近饭店很多，晚上很热闹，北边一点是北野町很好逛，南边BE KOBE约15分钟步行距离房间还提供卸妆油和护肤品很方便！有机会还会尝试其他城市的Monterey 另外分享下：我们早上5:40左右退房，走到三宫站不迷路的话，搭6点Porliner就可以妥妥赶上7:05去东京的航班

可能因为住一晚只给了2楼把山的房间，多一个窗户但是没有view啦，房间离电梯挺远不过去2楼公共浴室倒是不用等电梯，电梯人多的时候挺慢的
