Location was ok, calmer part of El Arenal and pool area was ok as well.

The staff barely spoke English. It was difficult to check in due poor English knowledge of the receptionist. Also one day the cleaner cleaner our room and took the dirty towels and didn't bring new one so we had to find her and ask multiple times still she got us some, which delayed our plans on that day. The most shocking was the low level of cleaning. In the restaurant the plates and cutleries were freqvertly dirty, Also just generally we kept the room clean, but cleaner didn't do much at all. At least she should of clean the floors and bathroom a bit, not just changing the towels and that's it. The all inclusive bit is a joke. The alcoholic drinks are not included just the cheapest wine and beer. They should at least allow you to have any drink during lunch and dinner. Also they charge me 4 euros for coke after 11 pm one night, next night they didn't serve me when I wanted to pay for coke as it was 11:40 and the bar lady already cashed up even though it should be opened til midnight. Lockers are a bit expensive as well. Normally a hotel should allow you to leave your luggage for free prior to check in or after check out. 7 euros is a rip off.

La ubicación. Era en un sitio tranquilo con fácil acceso y a 5m de la playa. Además hay varias paradas de buses en la misma calle. Las instalaciones eran cómodas y el personal muy amable. La comida del buffet esta orientada a un público extranjero pero estaba bien. Disfrute de la piscina sobretodo a medio día y por la tarde

Lo que no me gustó esque el todo incluido realmente era como si fuese una pensión completa ya que en la piscina solo podías tomar zumos y poco más y si querías un mojito o alguna papa había que pagarlo. Los snacks que entraban eran sándwiches y mini croissants o napolitanas.

Sehr hellhörig Klimaanlage defekt. Selbst nach Reklamation am Empfang keine Rückmeldung und sie hat den kompletten Aufenthalt nicht funktioniert. Tür von außen zu öffnen, wenn von innen nicht aktiv abgeschlossen wird.
