Location its easy access to airport and busses.

The room was not very comfortable, and the toilet did not appear to be fully cleaned. The air conditioning was difficult to adjust, as the room was either too warm or too cold. We could also hear a lot of noise from the neighbouring rooms, which affected our comfort during the stay. In addition, the staff were not particularly welcoming, which made the overall experience less enjoyable.

Sehr schönes Familienhotel - Pool ist ausreichend groß auch gibt es genügend Sonnenliegen sowie Schirme. Einen Spielplatz sowie eine Wiese zum Ballspielen sowie Billardtisch und Tischtennisplatte gibt es ebenfalls im Aussenbereich. Das Buffet Morgens, Mittags und Abends ist abwechslungsreich- jeden Tag gibt es andere Speisen und die Auswahl ist echt riesig. Für All-Inclusive gibt es zu jedem Mittag und Abend jeweils drei alkoholische Getränke dazu. Außerdem kann man sich den ganzen Tag über mit Getränken versorgen sowie kleinen Snacks die ebenfalls mit drin sind. Die Zimmer könnten für vier Personen etwas eng werden aber ist ausreichend. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb von der Partymeile was für Urlaub mit Kindern echt perfekt ist. Auch gibt es jeden Abend ein anderes vom Hotel gestelltes Programm zum teilnehmen. Der Weg zum Aqualand beläuft sich mit Kinder Füßen auf nicht mal zehn Gehminuten. Perfekt für Familien und Paare die es etwas ruhiger mögen.

Die Balkone werden nicht mit sauber gemacht, da lagen überall Tannennadeln herum. Manche Fliesen im Bad sind gesprungen oder gerissen und die Duschkabine war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Zimmer sind für vier Personen etwas eng.

Posizione ottima,10 Min dall'aereoporto,davanti l'hotel la fermata del bus che porta alla playa arenal,affittate la macchina in zona ci sono tanti che affittano,solo così vedete le calette più belle

Il cibo ripetitivo,hotel rumoroso,alle 3 di notte rientravano che urlavano,essendo le camere da 3 posti noi eravamo in 4 uno di noi ha dormito nella camera a piano terra una puzza allucinante
