"Disappointing."

This is the fourth time we have stayed here. It is easy to find and the room is simple and clean.

The receptionist had the politeness to phone and warn us en route that the air conditioning had failed in the whole hotel. I don’t see why the Campanile group hasn’t got the ability to get an a/c engineer on a Saturday. Our night was hot and stuffy. More annoying was finding the Campanile group has recently closed their restaurants on weekends. We should have been warned about this. After 6 hours’ driving the last thing we needed was searching for a nearby burger bar (which treated us well).

Petit déjeuner copieux et personnels compréhensif et inquiet et un personnel masculin proche du client

chambre avec baignoire ce n'est pas le confort à ce jour inadmissible , la restauration est fermée le samedi et dimanche et la chambre n'est pas équipé de réfrigérateur en 2026 la climatisation est presque nulle

Il y a eu un problème de climatisation et la responsable de l’hôtel a été formidable et a négocié avec le Campanile Chambray pour que je puisse avoir une chambre chez eux sans supplément . Le monsieur de l’accueil a été aussi très gentil et professionnel pour faciliter la transaction . Je les remercie et continuerai à venir dans leur hôtel .

Très bonne accueil à notre arrivée avec Ammadou très professionnel et très agréable nouvelle deco de la chambre très sympas peti bémol manquait une bouilloire

Première nuit très chaude à cause du manque de climatisation… peut-être un petit frigo serait assez pratique !!mais vite résolu pour la deuxième nuit par Ammadou😉
