The customer service from front desk made a huge difference! I had been on the road since day break headed south from Kansas city I arrived to find just the person I needed to give me a little taste of hospitality just as if I were in my own little home town. I had a little trouble with the TV and called the front desk everal times. She was very friendly from the first call , to the 3 or 4 the call when she politely informed me she would come take a look. Reset my DirecTV and problem solved. She later made a call to check on me, ask if I had any more issues. Thank you sweet lady! Your kindness meant the world in that moment. .

Amenities provided, staff specially Bobby the front desk guy is very friendly and accommodating

Hot breakfast

This hotel was the worst experience I ever had. Was told during check out why we were having issues and being moved 4 different times. The second floor never hardly gets maintained. First room the tv had 3 lines in it and remote was chewed up. Second room we had a smoke dector kept beeping. Guy at the desk told us to take it off the wall but that is unsafe like crazy. Plus it was wired into the wall. Then the next room is the heat was blowing out straight cold air during the night. Temperature outside was in the single digits so you can’t imagine the temp inside there. They moved us the 4th time and it was 2:00 in the morning and with it so cold the heater was having trouble keeping it warm. During checkout I mentioned our wonderful adventure it’s like she didn’t care and just said u just have to go thru Expedia for your concerns. This sucks!!!!! I am never a complainer but this time something has to happen.

Roaches and cleanliness of my room was awful. I tried to tell the manager on duty about my awful experience and they was very rude

The shower Spicket was terrible. The tub was in terrible condition. The toilet wouldn’t flush. The coffee maker was dirty and disgusting and what made the whole thing worse than anything. Is we twice got our doors knocked on early in the morning by the people that clean the rooms the second person apologized for knocking three times at 8 o’clock in the morning the second person when I answered at 10 AM said are you leaving by 11 it was so inconsiderate of a guest to knock on the door prior to their checkout time, I can’t even explain, they did the same thing to my cousins room and woke them up really early as well. I have never in my life experience. Something like that when you are the last thing you wanna do is be woken up by people. We will never stay again at that hotel. Also there was not any do not disturb signs we were able to use to stop them

This place had a 7.5 out of 10 rating on Expedia. I just wanted a clean bed for a night. The exterior was in bad shape. The outdoor hall and stair carpet was ripped and dirty (tripping liability). The room had pretty bedspreads...until I saw the cigarette burns on it. I booked a NON-SMOKING room??? There were holes in the walls and mold on the upholstered chair, on the curtain, wall and ceiling. This is a HUGE health violation. I have asthma and had an attack due my allergy to mold. At least no bed bugs. I called Expedia. After going through two customer service agents, was told by Expedia we would receive a refund. Expedia CS instructed me to go to the front desk and check out. Well, the desk clerk would not allow this since I checked in at 2:00, (which IS check-in time) and wanted to check out at 4:00, therefore the room was used. I did not enter the room until 4:00 which is when I discovered the room's deplorable conditions. The clerk was a pleasant woman who laughed when I asked her if I'd booked into a by-the-hour no-tell motel. Unless you want this type of lodging DO NOT BOOK here. Yes, I am counting on that promised refund.

Definitely needs updated

Floors need to be shampoo ed shower head was crowded and door looked like it was broken into. And they keep the cereal on the floor.

We saw 3 different sizes of roaches and things were just generally dingy. It was best to not look too close at things. Super hard beds. Staff was very friendly, though.
