"Very sad very rude"

Nothing owners very extremely rude will be contacting the city about this place

Treated disabled people like shit made them walk off property with a broken leg because ride didn’t get there fast enough with a bunch of luggage also room had no ac broken and plugs didn’t work refused to give towels and anything we told them they didn’t care and rushed us out office

It was in a good area the staff is friendly

There is no Jacuzzi or hot tub that is false advertising and they have bed bugs. I am highly upset with this
