"It was very bad price / performance value. I was expecting way more from Ramada. Only location was good."

The room and bed was clean. The lady who works at the breakfast area was very friendly and supportive. And some of the receptionists were kind. The location is good.

The hotel was very old, there was an attached building (again old) with a weird crosswalk (even scary). Breakfast was very poor.

"Nice stay. Good breakfast comfortable beds"

Lady at restaurant (70+) is so lovely and nice. She loves her job. The younger couple (tattoos etc ) not too much. They need better social skills. Lady and man at front desk are very nice and friendly/ same with housekeeping stuff. Breakfast is nice and yummy.

Some servers during the weekend (couple) seemed bother when asking for things. They need to enjoy more their job and have better people skills.

The inclusion of the swimming pool was very good, the mattress was exceptionally comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was decent
