It was convenience real good for the prize and clean

Jacuzzi Perfect. If this place invested a little in remodeling the beds, bed linen, comfort It would be the ideal place since the Jacuzzi is 100%

The pillows were very bad, the bed very hard and the bed linen very old and damaged :(

so welcoming the customer service is the best here I’ve stayed here many times and never had a problem they really care about their customers!!

For jacuzzi rooms more towels

The staff was super accommodating and kind, genuinely super cool and polite, the rooms were well sized and clean, the bed was super cozy as well, the spa tub in the suite we used was fun as well!

The hot water wasn't as there as it could've been for the bath, the room did have a lingering cigarette smell, and the wifi could've been better as my partner had some trouble connecting and I had my occasional issues with it as well.

the rooms are so cute!! check in is so fast and easy, they are the nicest people and super responsive,amazing customer service! Never had a problem here and I’ve stayed here many many times and will always come back!! Highly recommend!!

It was clean and the man at the front desk was very nice and very accommodating

There was no bottom sheet on the bed. Only a quilted mattress cover that barely covered the top of the mattress. It came off while we were sleeping. There were only 3 small flat bed pillows on a king sized bed. There was no phone or clock in the room.
