Ein sauberes Hotel mit einer ordentlichen Küche und viel Auswahl

Als Speisesaal eine schallende Abfertigungshalle.Die Getränke musste man bei al incl.während des Essens nehmen, also immer 3 Getränke beim Essen....wir sind die letzten 2 Tage auswärts zum Essen gegangen Und es gab absolut keine Nachtruhe wegen unmöglichen Gästen im und außerhalb des Hotels. Der Pool ist eine Lachnummer und gleichzeitig der Raucherbereich.

Die Lage und der Preis

Um mit dem Lift fahren zu können musste man mindestens 5 Minuten einmal warten, was sehr nervig war. Es waren die Leute permanent laut (an sich nicht schlimm weil es ja am Ballermann liegt) aber wenn man selbst einmal vielleicht ein wenig zu laut geredet oder gelacht hat, ist sofort jemand aufs Zimmer gekommen und hat einen gebeten leise zu sein. Einmal haben wir von Freunden die 3Stunden später eingecheckt sind unten in der Rezeption ihre Rucksäcke geholt um sie daweil sicher zu verstauen und wurden daraufhin obwohl das Personal an der Rezeption gesehen hat das sie weggegangen sind, 3 Mal aufs Zimmer angerufen ob diese Freunde den bei uns wären.

-хорошее расположение(рядом пляж, торговые лавки и кафешки) -превосходный ужин(большой выбор) -удобный матрас/кровать -чисто

-шумно -нужен ремонт(видно что давно не освежали помещение) - плохая шумоизоляция -лифт непонятно работает(ооочень долго ждать, ходил часто пешком с/на 8 этаж/а)

Proximity to the sea: The main and undeniable advantage of this hotel is that the beach is just a stone's throw away.Food: The catering is good, and you definitely won't go hungry. There is always meat, fish, fresh vegetables, and fruits available (although the menu is pretty much the same every single day).Staff: Part of the staff is polite and professional, though unfortunately, not everyone is welcoming.

Check-in and night service: We checked in after 10:00 PM and asked for a small snack after our long journey. Instead of helping us, the staff simply pointed to the street and told us to go buy food at a store across the road. Since 24-hour food and drinks are not available here, such indifference to tired guests was very disappointing. Tiny rooms and no fridge: The rooms are extremely small. However, the biggest issue in the summer heat is the complete lack of a mini-fridge in the room. You can't even cool down a bottle of water. Noise and poor soundproofing: There are many German tourists staying at the hotel who behave very loudly, shouting and partying all night long. Due to practically zero soundproofing, you can hear absolutely everything through the wall, making it extremely hard to sleep at night. Elevator issues: Out of the two elevators, only one is almost always working. The wait times are incredibly long. Huge lines form when everyone goes down for lunch or dinner at the same time. Walking up to the 8th or 9th floor is exhausting. Bathroom condition: There is a persistent, unpleasant sewage smell in the bathroom. The walls and ceiling are peeling, and mold is visible in the tile grout. Weak Wi-Fi: There is basically no internet at the hotel; the connection speed is extremely poor. Bar and pool restrictions: There is a strict limit during lunch and dinner — only 3 glasses of alcohol per person. Additionally, the pool is very small, and there are absolutely no sun loungers available around it. Early check-out: You are required to vacate the room by 11:00 AM, which is quite early and inconvenient. Summary: Overall, we managed to enjoy our time by the sea, but the hotel has too many daily management issues. If they fix the elevators, put fridges in the rooms, and address the night noise, it could be much better. For now, it's just an average stay.
