Dirty. Sand and dirt on fold out couch mattress along with soiled stains, balcony door didn’t lock because lock was on window sill. Mold on ceiling in hallway area. Dirt on floor.

They did not enforce their no smoking policy and had to deal with weed and cigarette and cigar smoke while trying to enjoy my balcony making it impossible to enjoy.
