The smell was musty and damaged rooms… I also had an allergic reaction to the sheets (the detergent), (I’ve noticed them doing renovations) so hopefully those damages will be fixed :)

USI like having an oceanfront view. And the hallway smelled like wet trash in the first night there. The foyer of the hotel seemed to look really nice.
I felt bamboozled as far as the room (410) was concerned. The couch was very dirty with stains on it. The handle on the microwave was broken, there seemed to be mold on some of the lamp shades and dusty. The floor in the bathroom needs a good pressure washing as well as the floor in the living room had a huge scratch on the wooden part. The toaster didn't work at at all. Where as I walked by other rooms that were being cleaned by housekeeping and looked as though they were nicely renovated. The frame edges of the bed were sticking out causing my partner to hit his shin several times. Elevator doors needs some upkeep. Was a bit uncomfortable with the way the balcony door had to be locked. Posted several pictures.
USWe enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Both were clean and of adequate size. We liked having access to a full kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal. I liked the sofa bed being separated in a different room than the king bed.
It is advertised online that a breakfast is provided free of charge. I was told at the service desk that has not been correct for the last 4 years. Updates need to take place online to reflect this update. I did not buy breakfast food for my trip to make in room therefore that was an added expense for our family.
