"Praia linda e limpa"

A praia onde se localiza o hotel é praticamente deserta e linda. Toda a área do hotel tem jardins lindos e bem cuidados. A comida estava excelente, talvez precisasse somente de um pouco mais de variedade. Os funcionários todos muito corteses e atenciosos, sempre solicitos e amáveis. Existe uma ótima trilha para ser feita a partir do hotel, a trilha das 4 praias. Fácil de se fazer por conta, ida e volta um trajeto de uns 8 km. O hotel também oferece uma visita à uma fazenda de cacau. A fazenda é relativamente próxima e fácil de chegar, para quem estiver de carro. Vale a pena a visita. Em Itacaré mesmo não há muito o que ver, a rua Pituba tem várias lojinhas e restaurante, abrem a partir de 16:00. Tomamos nessa rua um suco de frutas excelente, e almoçamos num local próximo (restaurante tia Deth), que foi sugestão do hotel. Comida muito boa, a carne de siri estava excepcional.

Atendimento muito bom, cardápio razoável, deslocamento para pessoas com dificuldade bastante limitado, alimentos mal preparados e de baixa qualidade. Poderiam adequar melhor os serviços, considerando o alto custo.

O hotel apresenta uma estrutura muito boa, porém a alimentação não confere com as informações e os preços da mesma, bem como da hospedagem estão fora da realidade apresentados. Acomodações bem limpas e confortáveis, mas pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção tem muita dificuldade em se movimentar dentro do hotel. O atendimento dos funcionários é ótimo.

O Txai é um hotel maravilhoso, lindo . O quarto é muito bom . Porém, há pontos de melhora . Serviço no início muito ruim , depois melhorou devido muitas reclamações. Os funcionários do SPA olham com cara feia quando vamos com criança (pois liberam a piscina do SPA até as 15 para crianças , por ser a única aquecida do Hotel. Esse é outro ponto, parecia que estávamos de favor . A vista é muito maravilhosa, então compensa .. por fim a experiência foi ótima , porém muito a melhorar .
