I got FOOD POISONING in the hotel from the breakfast I ordered. This is astonishing from a 5-star hotel!!! The staff was supportive in alleviating the issue, but still, I rate this place as a 1 out of 10. I would never return!

I had a great experience staying at this hotel in Ningbo. There were several restaurants on-site and a breakfast buffet every morning with plenty of options to choose from. One of the best parts was the special internet access that allowed me to use services like Google, which was super helpful during my trip. The service was excellent—my room was cleaned daily, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I also had two meetings with my suppliers at the hotel, and it worked out perfectly. The atmosphere was calm and not too crowded, so it felt like having a private dinner. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers!
