I quite liked the room! and the amenities in it. Very refreshing and new compared to other hotels ive stayed at. I also enjoyed that the house keepers came rather frequently, as I prefer to be bothered for a clean room rather than every other day service. The only thing I noticed is that the elevator was out of inspection date by about a month, and made weird noises sometimes. Kinda sketchy. Wasnt a big fan of that.

The sheet is full of wrinkles plainly see it has NOT been changed for a while. Room is acceptable and pretty clea but,when it comes to a clean bed,that really sucks. Ice cold coffee in the lobby and the room coffee machine is a joke! Or pay expresso machine $3.50 for a 8oz cup. This for $153. , cโ€™mon

"Good accommodations at a decent price."

I thought the breakfast was tasty and filling. Not a big fan of the turkey link sausage though...dry. The room was very spacious and well maintained. And the free shuttle to Memphis Airport was great. And thank you to the shuttle driver. He was friendly and knowledgeable about restaurants in the area.

The curtains on the windows didn't keep out the light very well.

Customer service was great. I had to take a flight very early and I believe her name was Ayana. She went above and beyond to try and help me set something up and feel at ease.
