Hilton Garden Inn Stuttgart Neckar Park

The staff at the front desk were AMAZING. So kind to our kids and any questions or concerns we had, they dealt with immediately. The best hotel staff we've ever met!! They made our son's birthday so special too. Two of the ladies went out of their way to get him a gift and a balloon. Very memorable for him. The location for us was perfect too. I highly recommend this hotel.

Check-in experience left me feeling unwelcome. The restaurant couldn't process credit cards as they didn't have a machine that they were waiting on for months. At one point I was escorted down to reception to pay my lunch bill, yet some servers would take the card down themselves for processing. From a customer service and experience point of view it was plain unacceptable. NOTE: The staff were great, they just weren't given the right tools!

Clean rooms, hallways had a dingy odor though. Parking is either $18 or fighting for an on street spot.

Quick and fuss free check in. Free parking along the street but not easy to get a parking space unless later in the night. Otherwise there’s paid parking next to the hotel. Otherwise pretty well equipped room.

Getting into the hotel was confusing, but once settled in the location was nice for walking to the Mercedes museum.

This is a good hotel in Stuttgart, close to the Mercedes Benz Museum and arena, the Porche Centrum and an amusement park. Not much else in the area. Hotel is not cheap, has plenty amenities, personnel is nice. Rooms might need an update, otherwise OK. Parking free on the streets, breakfast not included, need to buy it separate or in the more expensive rate. Breakfast is a great choice so it is worth-it to take it in a package.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great location with easy access to freeways.

Breakfast was poor !!!!!!! rooms tooo Hot did not have a good nights sleep !! Ahhhhh

Good place to stay for Mercedes Museum. But not much else.
