You will be emailed check in information after making your reservation. Please note the office ours are as follows: Monday - Friday 9:00 until 17:00. Saturday - Sunday and Public Holiday 9:00 until 13:00 Please let the property know your expected time of arrival in advance using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please also inform the property in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Please note that if using a transfer service, you will be taken directly to your accommodations and given an access code to retrieve your room key. After arrival you are required to visit the office to register. Please note that the apartments are serviced once a week. Please be advised check in is not available on Christmas Day. Please contact the reception using the contact details found on the booking confirmation for more details.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
