Seascape Holidays - Coral Apartments

We enjoyed our 8 night stay at Coral Apartments. It was within walking distance to everything in Port Douglas. (We like to walk, so this statement may not be true to people who don't walk a lot). Our unit was on the ground floor next to the pool, and most of the time we had it to ourselves. Only complaint was that the kitchen was minimally equipped and we like to cook.

We enjoyed to quiet and peaceful tranquility the site had to offer. We also liked sitting on the veranda of unit 304, as we were amongst the tree top and the bird life was amazing. The only issue we had was due to the foul smell from the sewer that would drift up over the veranda on the odd occasion.

I loved the stunning pool, the neighboors are very nice and not too noisy. Everything was very tidy and the bed was remade after a week. Seascapes is very nice and reliable.

Everything seemed a bit cold, hardly any decoration, very functional and no attention to detail. I missed cleaning products that were available in all the other accommodations I stayed in. The light was very dark. Unfortunately I had to clean all the cutlery again because it was very dirty and partly greasy. The door opened with difficulty and squeaked very loudly.

The pool was just outside our back door. The apartment was self contained, clean & cooking facilities what we needed.

No staff onsite & despite asking about special requests; there was no response.

Location was perfect, just a short walk to main shopping area. Pool was wonderful, and the apartment was clean and modern. Only extra comment I could make was that perhaps a few extra dish towels and an oven glove would have been handy.

Close to town and very clean. .

It was fine as it was. The light coming through the blinds early in the morning was the only issue, but this forced me to get up and about early 🙂👍
