Elevator out of service. Reserved two queen beds, got a single one.. night manager said he didn’t have a room with two queen beds. Took far too long to check in. Will not use in the future nor recommend.

Great and comfortable place. Friendly staff. Respectful clean.

Dirty and lots of shady people who will bang on your door at 7 am for no reason

Absolutely NOTHING THIS IS NOT SUITABLE FOR HUMANS to be staying at.

It was dirty, loud, staff was anything but friendly. Complained about other guest being REALLY LOUD at check in I was told they were waiting on security, that was at 6:30 pm and it kept on until pass 4 am. Black mold in the bathroom and chipping paint flakes from the bathroom ceiling. HORRIBLE PLACE!

Stairwells smelled like urine. Elevator out of order. Only one dryer worked. Breakfast advertised (that's part of why I got the room in the first place - I've got a child traveling with me) but they actually won't have breakfast until May. Change machine for the washer and dryer don't work. Big cockroach on the floor in our room, another one crawling on the bathroom sink while brushing my teeth. Mouse trap under the bed tells me this hotel is an absolute dump in a less than stellar side of town. Negative one star.

Lot of people drinking and partying in the front and in parking area. Trash everywhere. There was a toilet in front of a room on the walkwa. This has to be the dirtiest hotel l have ever been in. This hotel is discussing and Baymont executives should see if they would recommend to their friends and relatives.

Indian management. I have been in this hotel for way over a month and by law they are suppose to evict me from the property. They locked me out of my room, and didn’t allow me re entrance to my room. They are disrespectful Condescending controlling , male Chauvinistic. Roach infested, out dated appliances, spider infested, lack proper management and house keeping staff, effective communication English speaking staff. With them locking me out my room they forced me to get another hotel room at another hotel, when they could have taken the money I did have to put towards my hotel room instead of wanting the entire remaining balance all at once. I asked for a full refund the money I have already gave them towards my room and they are refusing to give me all my money back. I called corporate they weren’t any help I even asked to speak to a supervisor I was told that they didn’t have one, they the representative hung up the phone on me, again rude and disrespectful. Lack proper customer service skills.They have shoot outs periodically throughout the week. The house keeping staff runs their faces on the cleaning linens before they give them to you. They put sheets with stains on them on yours beds. They have an adequate housekeeping staff.
