Extended Stay America Suites - San Rafael - Francisco Blvd East

The room we stayed in felt incomplete. It’s a handicap room with no carpet and a lot of empty space. There is nothing in the cupboards to use. The basics would be nice like cups. 😉

Its location, its price, and the low charge for pets.

Frankly, it was a lot better than the last time I stayed here, so really no complaints.

Based on my first day, this hotel demonstrates a high standard of cleanliness, organization, and customer service. Jackson at the front desk presented outstanding service. He was professional, courteous, and extremely helpful during check-in, ensuring that all questions were addressed and that everything was in order. His attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction made a strong first impression. The room was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment. I look forward to the remainder of my stay.
