"Du beton partout et acces presque impossible"

Il est impossible de trouver l'hotel. Les GPS ne guident pas bien. J'ai tourne 40 minutes avant d'arriver a l'hotel. La chambre est chere pour une chambre tres simple. La photo laisse penser que l'hotel est dans un univers verdoyant, mais c'est en plein beton en plein milieu d'une zone d'activite (supermarche, etc.) Affreux environnement.

"Etablissement rigide et non commerçant"

L'établissement a refusé d'annuler une réservation faite seulement quelques minutes avant, par erreur. Aucune possibilité de faire entendre mon point de vue. Ce n'est absolument pas commerçant et témoigne d'un manque évident de vue à long terme, car il est évident qu'en cas de séjour à Valenciennes, je prendrai tous les hotels possibles mais pas celui-là!

"Bon dans l'ensemble"

Temps superbe à notre arrivée, vue sympathique sur un bel espace vert ; la nuit fut pluvieuse et fraiche mais l’atmosphère de la chambre resta le même. Seul petit bémol, la literie qui s'affesse du côté bureau !

"Campanile fait pour être tranquille pour voyager"

Passer un très bon séjour d'une semaine chambre très confortable et propre faite tous les matins la réception très acceuillant et professionnel et pour les déjeuners grand choix frais et conviviable.
