GBThis is advertised as 4star. It is not. You can see pictures of filth, broken window handle, so the window can’t shut, it was noisy from the extraction, the window actually vibrated, all walls and light switches were dirty. The TV didn’t work, the phone didn’t work so I could call reception (I walked down to complain). Only a tiny amount of toilet paper and of course no phone to call for more. I could go on. We complained. The staff said we could have complementary food but we’d eaten. We just wanted money back. But still I have no contact from the hotel. I have emailed again. The hotel takes your booking, you can’t cancel and then they seem incapable of refunding any amount. Do not stay here. We have stayed in 5 hotels around Rajasthan and this is the worst. Staff did get a new satellite box in the room and the phone working so they tried.

The food being served is cold all the time. Rooms are not worth the reputation. Room service is extremely slow. Faced power cuts of hrs.
INWashroom isssue. Taps were dripping continuously making Washroom wet all the time. Hand shower was not working, it was looking like municiple local Washroom. Mirror in gallery was having internal damp so visibility issue. Room was extremely good but with such Washroom issues overall comfort of stay was gone.
