Expect to argue a bit for a better room once you arrive - I booked a room with a view but the hotel tried to give me a really subpar room at first. After some back and forth and inspecting two other rooms, I finally got the one I actually paid for. The staff is, for the most part, quite nice but they have some dubious characters here and there - one of them would insist on walking into my room to hand me my room service instead of staying at the door and would then proceed to eye everything within.

Service and room comfort. I would like to bring up an issue regarding my guest's stay from 8th to 9th May 2024 at your property, Park Plaza in Jodhpur. My guest arrived late at night on 8th May and faced a problem with the air conditioner, which was not working properly in their room. They complained four times at night to the room service and other staff, but there was no solution provided from your end. Due to the hot temperature in the room and no resolution to the issue, their sleep was significantly disturbed.
