The Golden Arm

Overall room was good. The climb up the stairs with no elevator and heavy luggage was not fun. And I think a tv and a few more guest amenities in the room would improve the accommodations. Area around the room is very nice. Lots of cute shops and delicious restaurants

The room was huge, the bed was a king sized bed, the bathroom was clean and it was located in what felt like a hip and up and coming neighborhood. I felt safe there and i had so much space in the room, it was wonderful.

I was on the 4th floor and this is a walk up so this is an absolute no for someone with mobility challenges. Also, I was not able to check in early which annoyed me. I arrived to the hotel at 2pm but had to sit outside until 3pm to check in.

Cute hotel and it’s walking distance to all the vintage clothing stores. :)

Super easy to find, super easy to check in, great walk to Salt Shed.

The room was just as advertised,very comfortable abd cozy.

Our code to our room was deactivated late at night and my guest couldn’t get access to her diabetic meds for 2 hours. It stated there was a 24/7 concierge line, but that line would get sent to voicemail repeatedly. After two hours of this, i finally had to search up “emergency contact” for the then room and found someone’s personal number and count get the code switched. This should have never been a problem. Definitely wouldn’t stay here.

It was a nice area and the room was beautifully decorated. Much to my disappointment, there wasn’t a TV, coffee, or ice machine. So, it was lacking in a few amenities that would have made the price worth it.

very clean, the carpet looks new and is very soft, the beds are very comfortable, the dimmable lights are great, public transit is close, lots of restaurants and shops.

the buddha head decoration. its very disrespectful to buddhism as buddha heads have a long history against buddhism. a full buddha would be better for the zen aesthetic. the lights above the desk didnt work.

The room is nice and clean. The room didn’t have a tv so that was odd. I like having noise to fall asleep.
