"warm!"

We stayed at the Doubletree Hilton and although the hotel was just fine, staff friendly and pool nice, we wished we were on the Broadwalk so that we didn’t have to take an Uber each time we wanted to get down there. The beach at the Doubltree isn’t great and the one on the Broadwalk is outstanding.

"Don't book with Hollywood Towers"

No running hot water. Staff are unwelcoming and borderline rude. They overbook rooms apparently. I saw them let a guest go after they already paid their resort fees. They also 'accidentally' assigned one room to two separate guests. So two women had two men walk into their room unbeknownst to the two women. OH YEA, ALSO LOTS OF UNEXPECTED FEES ASSOCIATED WITH STAYING HERE. There is a 24$ a night resort fee and a 20$ parking fee. Parking is TIGHT. I have really nothing good to say about this place. I feel like I got ripped off for 200$ a night and I won't even get a warm shower! Over all, I don't understand how this place even has any good reviews. The good reviews was the reason why I chose this place. WHAT A JOKE! DO NOT BOOK WITH HOLLYWOOD TOWERS!!!!!!!

Que estuviera en primera linea de playa

Que no hay servicio a la habitacion sino la pagas.. que te dejan 2 rollos de papel higienico y el teecero si lo necesitaa te lo cobran..lo mismo el jabon solo. 2 jabones de tocador .no hay shampoo ..etc para una semana que estuvimos

"First time visit and we loved it."

Location. Lovely staff.

Would have been lovely to have a machine with fresh coffee in the foyer say 7-9 am. Just a little thing but I heard a few people mention this. Makes the difference between returning or not. It’s kind of an unspoken indication that guests matter.

"Absolute filth, shame on anyone trying to use this as a time share opportunity and actually selling a room that has bugs"

Location

The Bed Bugs!!!!!! Trashy back area where the beach is at. The restaurants closed due to time share counseling space. That should have been updated in the website I would have never stayed here with these type of issues. Just trash!!!
