El personal de recepción muy amables y sólicitos a nuestras necesidades, las instalaciones muy bien, tienen café en el lobby durante todo el día, lo cual es muy agradable, el hotel queda al lado de una plaza con variedad de restaurantes muy buenos, lo cual es muy conveniente.

Me parece un poco costoso ya que no cuenta con desayuno incluido, nosotros tomamos el desayuno pago en el hotel por motivos de conveniencia, sin embargo sugiero deberían tener buffet y a la carta ´para el que lo prefiera, no tienen variedad de futas, yogurt, granola, coffe cake.

The hotel is located away from the city center; however, thanks to its proximity to major access roads, it remains conveniently situated. There are also many restaurants nearby, which is a significant advantage. Transportation and communication are easy, and the staff is welcoming, responsive, and willing to accommodate requests. Despite being close to major traffic routes, the hotel is not overly noisy: while snow-removal equipment can be heard, regular road traffic noise is minimal.

On the downside, the facilities feel outdated. Regarding the bathroom, the showerhead had significant limescale buildup, the bathtub drained very slowly—resulting in standing water around the feet—and the enamel of the bathtub was heavily damaged. This raises hygiene concerns, especially for a bathroom used by many different guests.
