Not much

Had two rooms booked. Noisy fan, broken blinds, doors didn't work. Felt unsafe. We only stayed one night & left.

Staff were great on check in.

Room had a unpleasant odour on arrival. Couch felt & looked unclean especially on arm rests. Sadly during our stay an unfortunate incident occurred when a resident had a bad fall from upstairs level landing outside our front door, we assisted where possible till ambulance arrived although sad this happened we were still inconvenienced for a few hours as our front door had to remain open the whole time so the ambulance & fire brigade could attend to resident.

Location was great.

We had no control of heatpump,remote on both heatpumps were broken, toaster didn't work, entrance door was all damaged and could hardly close it,that was poor.

Only 2 towels supplied for a weeks stay. Charged extra if new towels were wanted.
