Pleasant reception staff, good size of room, good bathroom, nice wallpaper, big window, good food , the little nature reserve was nice but ot well advertised

I stayed in room 115, I feel the room was referbed recently but the carpet was very stained near the table at the window, I felt that more information should have been in the room in a binder with updates available, TV broke up while watching BBC

Fabulous room, great location.

Food was generally of a good quality. The staff were very attentive, courteous and helpful. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and the bathroom facilities were of a good order.

There was an issue with a loud noise below our bedroom which sounded like a generator. I had to phone down to reception after 10pm to ask what the noise was. I was told that it was the kitchen fan but it would be turned off shortly, which it was. However it did come on at approximately 7am. The chairs in the bedroom were of the kitchen type and not very comfortable. Perhaps softer chairs would be a better option.
