Obligé de prendre une chambre familiale car 1 bébé de 4 mois .. et elles sont ai 2 ème étages sans ascenseur ! Génial .. ! Je vous laisse imaginer la galere. Dommage car nous aimons beaucoup cette chaîne d'hotel. Seul bémol!

"Je doute de la désinfection des chambres avant arr"

Decus du ménage. Il y avais plein de poils sur le dessus de lit et des aliments collé sur le sol.apres avoir manifesté mon mécontentement il mon attribué une autre chambre. Le lit était propre mais pas le sol je n'ai remarqué que trop tard que la douche etais plein de cheveux. En cette période de covid je doute de l'efficacité du menage et de la desinfection. J'avais réservé pour une seul nuit malgré ces désagrément jai décidé de resté une nuit supplémentaire week-end de la sentions tous était complet. J'ai eu la surprise que le tarif passait de 142 a 165€ sous prétexte que c'était un week-end tres fréquentée alors que les tarif affichés étaient de 142.€ il paraît que c'est normale. Je fréquente souvent cette chaine pour mes déplacements professionnel et je naijamais vue sa. Une chose est sur je ne retournerai jamais dans cette établissement
