La localisation

Pas assez de personnel donc repas au campanile à 21h30 après 2 heures d'attente et même problème pour le petit déjeuner, buffet pas apprisionné régulièrement alors qu'il y avait beaucoup de clients en même temps , dommage !

Emplacement, calme

L'attente pour récupérer notre clé. Félicie à l'accueil devait gérer le téléphone qui n'arrêtait pas de sonner, le service et les pizzas du restaurant et l'accueil physique pour les chambres des 2 hôtels... C'est inhumain surtout pour un grand week-end ou le c'était pratiquement plein.
