USUSLied to us about hot tub working but upon arrival it wasn’t as the warming element been out for long time! Also tv wasn’t working either

The AC had the whole floor wet, no cable TV and the shower was not clean. The whole room smelled like mold.

VEUSStaff was friendly and the warm breakfast tasted good. The beds were comfortable.
The room was dirty. We found other peoples belongings next to bed. It smelled weird, like dried urine. The pull out couch bed had food crumbs in it. They didn't provide enough towels/linens for the sofabed. We stayed 2 nights and trash was not removed and towels were not refreshed. The bathtub has weird peeling. It just felt gross.
USUSUSIt was comfortable but we traveling and we got in late so we slept a little bit late with 15 minutes late for breakfast the lady was still down there in the breakfast room one didn't finish cleaning up yet and asked if we can make waffles and she said no so I mean I paid $150 for a room and you won't let me make a waffle and you're standing right there kind of ridiculous
Not really anything other than what it was comfortable but I will never stay here again because of the way I was treated at breakfast time
