The property is run down. The fixtures are loose. Couldn't shut off the water in the tub. It ran all night. The breakfast was almost nonexistent. The exit door wouldn't close on its own. The room was pretty good. Nice mattress and TV. Also, a little kitchen in the room. A full size frig. and a little stove, with pots, pans and utensils. The hotel has a mildewy smell. The staff was nice, but the management doesn't seem to care.
Room and bathroom was dirty. I called the front desk for more towels a couple of times and no one answered. Then there were no towels at the pool and when I went to ask the front desk, the lady told me there were no clean towels for the pool and that there was nothing she could do about it.
The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy
The day I arrived they warned me that there was a leak where the window was at, but they didn’t tell me that it would stink. I had a double queen bed. I asked to change rooms but they did not have anymore so they gave me one room with one king size bed. That room was much nicer and it smelled clean.
USStayed here on two separate occasions, the staff has always been incredibly kind and accommodating. The breakfast was always really good and filling with many different options. Rooms were comfortable and they were always willing to fix any problems that occurred while we were there!
Very nice, clean, roomy
The stove top was broken.The TV remote so didn't work.You had to change it by going up to the box. The shower head was leaking. They told me they couldn't do a lat check out then another lady gave me an extra thirty minutes. They ran out of food at 8.So I couldnt even get breakfast here.
The rooms smelled stale. The roof was leaking from the floor above. The elevator was making noises and went down with the door still open. Our room never got cleaned
