Why would you check in a guest to a room on a hall that is completely under construction?? And, why would you allow construction to run from 7am to 7pm when guests might want to sleep in? And, the dust was terrible, as well as the elevator was dirty and stunk from sweaty workers. It was bad

I honestly am one who does not write reviews. Also stay 70+ nights a year at hotels. We all know when your travel plans go south—-it’s hard to not be a little grumpy. I am glad when my travel plans went south it landed me at this property. Jared checked me in that night and was so nice!! He was a breath of fresh air. Then that morning Jessica was working and equally pleasant. The lady working the food area—also as nice as could be!! The hotel is older but was clean and is going through a remodel. This location needs to work to keep these employees. Once that remodel is done—this place will be a rockstar Hilton property.

The staff was very friendly and helpful as much as they could be. The rest pf the experience was terrible. Im ashamed for Hilton for the location to be one of their priorities. The facility is old and run down. The facility smells pf mold which is on the curtains and in the bathroom. The room smells as do the halls. The was a moth the flew away from bed when I lifted a pillow. The tv controller was held together with who knows what. The wall A/C unit sounded like a prop plane taking off every time it kicked in.The was not a refrigerator in the room. I travelled naturally for 20 plus years before retiring. I used Hilton exclusively. I cant remember not have a refrigerator in the 10-15 years. Soo outdated….. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!!

The hotel room had trash left it in the corner under the desk. An empty water bottle is left on the side of the bed next to the wall that my husband stepped on in the middle night. Good thing they did not cut him or anything. I spoke this stephanie in the morning at the desk. She was very pleasant and understanding. I hope they add a point to my award as she actually promised. But overall our stay was very nice everybody was very nice to us and friendly.

My room did not have a refrigerator or microwave. The others in group had them and I paid more for my room than they did.

Checked in, given a room and we walked in on another guest. They had no idea the room was already occupied. Got us another room, but smaller and not what we expected. We chose them since they were pretty friendly even though the price was asking the highest in the area. Next day i am driving and someone calls asking for a credit card for an additional $75 pet fee. They then blamed Hotels.com for not disclosing the extra fee. I did this was not my fault that it is something they need to take up with Hotels.com since they chose to use them to advertise their hotel. I was then told that i better call back by 1pm with payment info. I said that the owner can call me so s we can discuss.

First I’ll give you all the positives. I booked online and it was less expensive doing it that way. Check in was easy staff very nice. Room was clean, sheets clean, good water pressure, plenty of hot water, fridge and microwave in the room. Front desk girl very nice and informative! Negative and this was big for us! When I called hotel the 1st time and mentioned we had a dog the gentleman said absolutely nothing about a pet fee nor does it state anything about one online BUT when we checked in we got blasted with a $75?non-refunanle pet fee. This fee is extreme and it put us way over budget. My husband is furious. I went down and spoke to the front desk girl and she said she could do absolutely nothing about it. Absolutely no consideration or a way to make this right except her apology. I asked her if she could waive all or even partial off our rate. Wouldn’t even consider talking to her supervisor when I suggested it. Now we are in a poor mood!

Dirty and nasty. Ice machine broken for a while. Refrigerator wasn’t in the room. Night curtains not hook correctly. Bathroom floor very uneven. My husband woke up that night and could smell urine. This room should not have open to anyone. We were unable to get in the room with the key, had to go to the desk for new keys still had trouble getting into the room. Please don’t waste your time at this hotel, anywhere would be better
