"Excellent Service, Location and Food"

First trip in early April spent 12 days at the hotel as I was very busy meeting with suppliers and manufacturers. Hotel is ideally located, food is great and the rooms a very good. But most of all the staff are outstanding. Very polite, attentive and professional. Although the standard of English for some of the front line staff was quite low it didn’t stop them from providing the best possible service. In particular Connor from Guest Relations was extremely helpful and always willing to stop and say g’day and offer us any assistance. Also, a young concierge staff member named Aescn was excellent. He turned our daily grind of catching a taxi / limo to factories throughout Guangdong into a smooth and pleasant experience and he made sure we weren’t being ripped off. He was always happy to see us and even though his English is basic it didn’t stop us from having pleasant conversations thanks to Google translate et al. I’m an ex-hotelier from Australia and worked throughout South-east Asia and the personable service we received from Aescn, Connor and the other staff was excellent. I just checked in today for another short follow up trip and as soon as Aescn spotted me he came over, smiling and welcomed me back while shaking my hand. Now that’s great service and makes the guests feel welcome and appreciated . I highly recommend this hotel.

"Spacious room. Great location. Nice city view."

The room is spacious. Perfect for a family. The location is strategic, with Tianhe famous area. Nice city view. The staff and managers from the hotel and restaurant are very professional and helpful. The breakfast is excellent. It has swimming pool, sauna, and gym. We would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends, and one day would come back again.
