The staff were very polite, friendly and did their best within their means

We booked specifically because it stated they had a pool and AC. The pool was closed and the AC wasn't switched on. While I understand pools are only open during certain dates, this was not clear enough when we booked. We have a 3.5 month old baby and the room was reading at 28C at night. Even with the window wide open. The staff very kindly gave us a fan but it wasn't enough. The baby cried all night in the heat and we're all covered in mosquito bites from having the window open. Management need to reconsider their AC policy and switch it on as needed and not just during certain times of year.

We stayed here recently and I must say its the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It is in no way a 4 star hotel, the room while fairly clean was outdated and extremely basic, the facilities in the room where in poor working order. The shower itself was tiny very little space to move around in, the hair dryer didnt work and the AC looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time as it was black with the build up of dirt. We were put in the back of the hotel and the noise every night was ridiculous. The buffet breakfast wasn't great although the chocolate croissants were quite tasty to be fair. The only positive is there was a bus stop outside the hotel which brought us to the town centre which is roughly 40 minutes away and the bus ticket only costs €1.30 each way which is great value! Their was one receptionist ( cant remember her name) she was extremely friendly and helpful. She lived about 20 to 30 minutes away from the hotel and uses the bus route every day to get to work so she was able to tell us all about the bus route and safest places to get the bus back from to the hotel which was extremely helpful. So a big thank you to her. But I wouldn't recommend the hotel to stay in unless they dramatically updated it. It would not put me off visiting Cagliari again as its such a beautiful place

sinceramente non ho nulla di negativo da riportare riguardo il soggiorno in questo bellissimo hotel. l'albergo e le stanze hanno rispecchiato quanto riportato dal sito e cosi anche i servizi e la colazione

Materasso e cuscino scomodi ma la cosa principale è il baccano notturno di musica e sveglia mattutina alle 5 del matttino dal gallo che ogni 10 min canta
