"Honteux de payer pour un tel service !"

Correct

Arrivée et impossible d’obtenir la chambre avec le code. Nous étions nombreux à attendre !Une dame super serviable est arrivée et a ouvert. Une fois dans les chambres (2) , impossible d’ouvrir avec la carte ( les 2 chambres) donc madame a ouvert mais impossible d’entrer et sortir puisque la carte ne fonctionnait pas ( le boîtier porte en tous cas) . Très déçue !!!

L'hôtesse d'astreinte arrivée 15mn après l'appel téléphonique a fait tout sont possible pour résoudre les multiples problèmes... dans la joie et la bonne humeur !!! Merci à elle

Arrivée 22h...Borne en panne !!! 15 personnes bloquées à l'extèrieur...accès à la chambre à 23h15... après beaucoup de péripéties dues au systeme informatique défaillant ( porte de chambre bloquées, chambre attribuées mais déjà occupées...!!!.)
