La chambre et la propreté, le calme aussi

On oublie d’activer ma carte (ça arrive…) mais les remarques à hautes voix et très déplacées c’est inacceptable. Si ma fille n’avait pas été présente j’aurais répondu sur le même ton pour que cette personne comprenne que ça ne se fait pas de parler d’un client comme ça en sa présence.
